Second Round Matchups

There was originally a two day break scheduled between the first and second rounds, the tournament organizers, taking into account the already long delay that was suffered from the rioting, and the two day rainout delay of the last two matches, have decided to proceed immediately. All matchups for the second round will take place in the country of the 1 seed for that region. Here are the matches:
